Hi my 8 year old dms male cat has this black scaly spot that’s slightly raised on the lower part of his leg/paw. He has hair loss on his legs and belly from allergies/anxiety (long term issue vet has been consulted multiple times it comes and goes and we’re doing trial and error treatments), but I noticed this spot a few months ago. I shaved the fur back on that area to get a clear picture. When I first saw it I thought it was either a scab from him chewing his legs or where the skin hardens when he sits on that spot like he has on the very bottom/joint (knee thing idk lol). My concern is that it’s a little raised and not on the other leg at all. Any ideas? (I plan to contact my vet as well just wondering if anyone has any insights that don’t involve a several hundred dollar vet visit lol)
