I have a Bengal Kitten 2 years old that has grown a small (1/2 inch) white hair patch on its rear quarter???

Yes, its a good guess, a scar... The wound could be barely visible, - could even be quite deep but barely visible... Pus in there, and when it heals, it leaves a scar visible as white hairs.

Is there any possibility he got bitten by another cat? this is the most common cause of deep wounds; but he could of course sat himself on something sharp.
