Bedbug treatment/cat safety

Hello,

I picked upbedbugs while traveling and my apartment was luckily saved (caught the infestation with several nymphs that hatched from luggage) but we had to treat it professionally with Aprehend.

they say it was highly effective and pet friendly so long as we stay out of the apartment for 4-5 hours. We’re at a friends house right now. Anyone have experience with this?

Did you take your cats with you to your friends house? I would think that when it's safe for YOU to return, it will be safe for your cats to return as well, since they state it's pet friendly. I will add, though, that I don't have any personal experience with this and cats. I have experience with bed bugs, unfortunately, but no pets were in the home at that time.

I did take my cat with me! But he has asthma so I just wanna be careful
