Basic Convenience?

Hi guys, my 14 year old Bengal has kidney issue. All of his things are all upstairs, food, water and pan. But now, he just want to stay downstairs, and only come up for water and his pan, I feed him downstairs now. He lost quite a bit of weight, and I can tell it’s a bit of a struggle for him to go upstairs. Should I put all his stuff downstairs, and make it more convenient for him?

You might want to at least keep water and a litterbox upstairs as well - just in case. That way he will have somewhere to go/drink on both levels.
