Random bald spot showed up about a month ago. No fleas, but it was so tiny and we had had some stress from some diarrhea related issues that went on few a few weeks so wasn’t super concerned. The spot has gotten bigger. I’m wondering if it’s from where he plays with the dog (the dog literally will put the cats whole head in his mouth) or if it’s something else? There has been no change in diet or anything like that.

Hi!
Can you keep the dog from doing that for a few days and see if things improve?

He's acting fine otherwise, the diarrhea has cleared up etc?

Diarrhea has cleared up a while ago, he’s eating and drinking normally, gets the zoomies, loves to play, I’ve checked for fleas and done preventative for that. Other than a weird bald spot he seems very normal and like himself.
