I need to find some low-cost vaccination clinics around me. But when I search for them, I cant seem to find any. I think that may have to do with internet stupidity.

If possible, Could any one find some low-cost vacc. clinics for kitties in or around Racine, WI?

Maybe even some low-cost spay-neuter programs??
