Articles - Cat Pages Help

So I created cat pages for Jasmine and Charlie years ago, I have totally forgotten where on earth to create a new one for Violet? I can't for the life of me find where it says to make a new article/cat page anywhere. Looked through this help section, did a search, went through the prompts. Do I need glasses?? If someone could lead me in the right direction? Lol thanks.

The Cat Pages feature was discontinued when we moved to this platform, i.e., there's no option to create new ones.
