Are My Cats Fighting Or Playing?

(apologies for the background sound -- was watching Friends at the time)

But my two cats do this sort of thing a lot -- usually with some growling and meowing (and sometimes hissing). I don't know if this is outright fighting or playing, etc. I worry they're going to claw each other's eyes or something.

Do I need to be concerned or is this normal?

In that video they're playing, I am sure sometimes it gets rougher were one growls or hiss to let the other one know hey you need to back off a little.

Yep, playing. If you look at the end of their tails, there's a little rattlesnake quiver at the end. That usually indicates very happy.
Howling growling hissing = not happy.
