I hope she's making progress. This baby needs to come out soon. Do you have a bulb for suctioning kitten's mouth if needed?

The kittens can come out either head or tail first.  They are not considered breech.  So no worries about which end you are seeing.  The birthing article also says to hold and gently pull the kitten above or below the arms/legs, not the head or tail.
