Picked up a little guy  two days ago from where i've been feeding a colony. Was under a lot of stress and took him to the vet was diagnosed with cat flu. This little guy goes not bite , claw or hiss which is very strange for a fereal kitten especially when it quite an older kitten. However he's on antibiotics and eye drops.

He has eaten very little and drank cat milk. He is getting lots of TLC from us and purrs from time to time when on our laps.

He just either wants to hide in a hard to reach place or sleep or just sit there like a statue i am just worried will he start being active? Or are their underlying emotion issues? Anyone can give advice?

Your kitten is not feeling well so do not expect normal kitten behavior. It's like us when we are sick.

Yes, I agree with Yayi.. poor little guy is just not well and in a really strange situation. The fact that he will sit on your lap and purr is a good sign.  Just give him good nutrition, love and time.
