Wonderful news that Greta is improving!
If she doesn't show some sign of bowel movement tomorrow it is worth a phone call to the vet. Cats process food much quicker than people so things should get working quicker.
That being said, having been empty for awhile I agree with momto3 and Steph that things won't be back to normal right away.
If she still hasn't vomited that is a great sign that things are moving through, just slower than normal.
