Anyone else have a cat that has larger shoulder blades?

I read somewhere that you aren’t supposed to see a cats shoulder bones if they’re at a healthy weight, but when my cat walks, I see his shoulder blades move up and down as he walks, and when he sits, they stick up like this- is that normal?

My Catt Coco is short fur and not much between her skin and bones so they do show. Maggie is muscular. Just like humans, some are naturely skinny but healthy. What does your vet say? Cocos vet had trouble getting a micro chip in her
