Got a cat that has scratched a raw place on his neck.

Hi. Sorry, never heard of it. I am sure other members have and will soon offer their opinions.

Do you know what is causing the scratching? As the treatment suggests - seasonal allergies?

Don't know exactly, it maybe fleas but I cannot find a flea on him so I don't know.

Just make sure it isn't - or doesn't get infected - don't think that treatment will do anything for that.

Also, a commercial chamomile tea bag (ones found in grocery stores) can be steeped, cooled, and then applied with a cotton ball to irritated areas - it has both soothing and healing effects. Might be something to try.
