Any of these ingredients toxic to cats?

Gelatin, medium chain triglycerides, polysorbate 80, glycerin, triacetin, purified water, high P.C. soy lecithin, beeswax, carob extract and titanium dioxide.

I'm thinking of ordering this for my kitty with heart issues, the reason I ask...

Doing a google search read that Traicetin caused skin issues in guinea pigs, and Titanium Dioxide is listed as a potential carcinogen with prolonged excessive exposure.  There is a heart supplement called Cardio Strength made by Vetri Science that is used a lot in heart cases in animals.
