Sorry I did not do a search if there was a recent thread on this but I wanted some quick feedback.
We had two dentals done recently. Now we have two sniffle cases in our hands. I wonder if this is something that commonly happens when cats are under anesthesia? (Did not happen with neuter ops).
One of the sniffles is very snotty and came on rather late after the dental, one is very painful dry/watery sniffle and came on right after dental surgery. I suspect the second one is stress-related as we have been dealing with complications from the surgery (whole other story).
I know these things are easily picked up from vets but how common is it to get something from the anesthesia per se? I am going to have to go back to vet with Ossi who has other problems, so I will ask but I am also curious to know what are others experiences?
