anal leaking

My cat has been very sick lately diaharia, puking , but tonight a clear liquid started leaking out of her just like she had peed, but she was just sitting there. she eats well but is very skinny! What is it

The could be anything under the sun including worms, etc. Please your kitty needs to see a VET !!!!

Mirah was like that, except someone puked once (could've been her), and the vet said that it was probably intestinla parasites... vet visit needed.

OMG, please take her to the vet ASAP!! Are you 100% sure the leakage is anal. If it is vaginal she could have pyometra which can be fatal. Has she been spayed? How old is she?
