Amazon Link Issues

For some reason whenever I ad a link from the amazon website it disappears. On closer inspection It ads some wierd media bracket code to the link which causes it to not show up. Is there a way to force the site to use the actual link instead of the media tag?

Take off the https:// and the link works

If you use any type of ad blocker it makes the link disappear.

I'm on a galaxy S6 so maybe that is causing it? I'm not aware of blockers on phones.

Just edit the URL to remove the http:// part

Example: Instead of

http://www.amazon.com

just use www.amazon.com or just Amazon.com

Sometimes when you post an Amazon link, instead of the actual link that appears in the post, you get the Amazon preview ad instead and some browsers don't show the preview ad for some reason. You just see a big blank space where the preview ad should be.
