Both of our cats have their own "pet rock".
Ruby adopted her pet rock (fist sized stone used as door holder) when she was less than a year old. We had to get Abby her own (at a different door) cause Ruby would not share. Ruby will lay against the wall with her rock or on her rock like she is hiding it. When Abby got hers she would rub against it and push it and try to get both paws under it to pick it up. They are good chin scratchers.

My Rocket loves rocks. Which I find funny because she loves rocks while Link loves logs (Lincoln logs, ROCKet.... I am special sometimes). Anywho, totally agree and I am sure Rocket would agree they make great chin scratchers.

Get a nice piece of polished petrified wood or geo and it can be a nice decoration too.
