Very likely. It might take a few weeks before the hormones are completely out of his system, but you'll likely see a drastic decrease in his sexually-oriented behaviours. That being said, if it's something else that's causing him to hump his toy, be it a comfort thing or a set habit, it might not stop completely, but in most cases, that's exactly the type of behaviour it should help stop.
