Cats being cats, this was always going to be an inevitable issue, but my pal recently has started taking most of his catnaps during the hours we're home from work, and is all ready to play and start the day at 2am. Any suggestions on helping with adjusting his sleeping schedule back?

Break out your cat toys and give him some catnip. Just like a kid, if you tire them out, they'll sleep.
