She was right behind me while I was fixing my blankets and I didn't hear her walk up. I stepped back right on her tail and she made a horrible scream.
I apologized (even though she doesn't know) and held her in my lap. I felt her tail, but she's always had some kinks in her tail and I can't tell if I injured her.
She's walking normally, running around like crazy at the moment. When I was touching it she didn't try to pull it away or anything. She also isn't holding it differently when she walks. She just ate, had a drink, and went number 1 in the litter box. Everything seems normal, but I still worry. I feel so bad that was the first time I have ever stepped on her tail.
