Hekitty, my girl.  Light of my life, love of my heart, thorn in my hind paw.

Why, yes, I am, in fact, a princess

Dragged the duster out of the closet...did NOT dust

Don't know what she was watching so intently

Her collar, which she refuses to wear more than an hour at a time

The tree outside the window was full of sparrows

Just...a beautiful ear.  I was taking pictures of her fur pattern

I'll try for that.  Knowing her, she'll start closing the door.

I love the pictures. She is beautiful; I love torties. Love. Them.

How did she come upon such an interesting name?

Thank you ALL for backing up my bias.  I, of course, think she is the most beautiful kitten every born to a mama cat in the wide world.  That said, EVERYONE'S kitten is the most beautiful kitten ever born etc etc etc.

As for her name, she is actually named for the Greek Goddess Hekate, but I had to give it that "kitty" twist, just for fun.

Ouch...mea culpa!  I've been busily climbing around in my family tree on a joint project with my elder son!  I'll get some new pics on here in the next couple of days.  I could do both quite easily if I weren't on the computersaurus rex, which is the slowest thing in history.  It makes the hare look positively manic!  Loading EVERYTHING takes forever.  Dunno why I pay for cable modem...I could do almost as well with dial up.

You might get it done faster if you put the joint down.

LOL...if I could afford the pot, I'd not buy it but save the money for a new computer!  Although this one is driving me to want to end my 40 year drought.

I spent some time in my family tree. We're pretty much all on one branch.  My husband is proof the apple can fall very far from the tree. But I sincerely need Hekitty pictures.
