They seems not to have a law against cruelty to animals in China, but it isnt said the average chinese is cruel to animals.

One striking example.

There is a recent film on Internet with a chinese woman first petting a kitten on a bridge, but after a while she slowly tramples the kitten to death...

I did read in my newspaper the other day there was a big onrage in thorought China about this film. The woman get tracked down - and was fired from her job!

No punishment by the law, but she get severely punished by the people of China.

Gods wrath over all such illdoers!

I'm definitely going to pray for Phoenix and I'm sending him strong recovery vibes. I signed the petition. They know who did it but since there aren't any laws against cruelty, the monster feels free to continue blatantly torturing cats. May he burn in hell forever!
