I had to share this picture with you all. This guy is at the shelter where I volunteer. I took this picture for their website's adoption page. This is Louie, who was trapped during a TNR sweep, and was found to be FIV+, so could not be returned. After he acclimated, they found out that he wasn't feral at all, but a stray. You can tell by looking at him that he's had it very, very rough. His tongue hangs out because he is missing teeth. He was several years old when trapped and neutered, so his head and neck are enormous! You can tell he's been at the losing end of a few fights. But you know what? A sweeter cat doesn't exist. I really hope someone comes along soon to give him a good home. Here's Louie:
