Hello and welcome to TCS. Sorry, though, for the reason that brought you here. Did this only happen the one time? If so, ensure you wash the bedding with an enzyme cleaner to ensure any scent of the "accident" is gone. Here's a TCS article with more info: How To Get Cat Pee Smell Out Of Clothes And Linens

Hi
This has happened three times over the past 8 weeks.
It’s definitely a behaviour thing as she is really clean and uses the litter tray all the time.
It’s always when I wake up and open the bedroom door and the kittens are allowed in to say hello.
Both play on the duvet and then Rogue seems to decide to owe or poo.
I’ve caught her just about to do it and thrown her off the bed.
During the day the kittens are allowed all over the house and Rogue never pees / pops anywhere except her tray. I don’t know how to stop her.

Is she and the other kitten spayed/neutered?

She is trying to mark the place where she knows your scent is as her own. Get a good enzyme cleaner to completely destroy the urine/poo scent left. You may have to supervise the play when they come in and remove them and close the door when you can't. She may have waited so long to get into the room she can't hold it anymore. Watch to make sure the other kitten isn't keeping her from the box. You may want to put her near the box after a few minutes of play to see if she will go. Once they get out of the 'habit' they stop. If you can't figure out what is making her do this, get some clear carpet runner and put it nub side up on the bed to keep her off completely. it is easy to remove and put on and really works.

Yes they both are
It’s new behaviour in the last six weeks and only one of the kittens does this.
