Hello everyone,
I have been dealing with a very odd thing in our youngest kitty, Russell. We have taken him to the vet many times for this, gotten blood work and exams - no answers.
Every two weeks or so, Russell will get very, very sick for about 4 hours. He will barely move, feet in the air and third eyelids showing. Usually, he will vomit after a couple of hours. After he vomits, he will stay in one spot for another couple of hours, and he is still in pain. When he is like this, he will yowl and cry and look into my eyes. It breaks my heart because I don't know what to do anymore.
After these episodes, he is his normal self 100%. A very energetic young kitty, never angry or crabby.
Has anyone else experienced this with their kitties? He looks like he is in so much pain, like he is going to die. Shallow breathing, frozen in pain, the whole bit. It is important to note that he did NOT have this at all until he was about 4 months old.
Please, if anyone can offer insight I would be very grateful.
Thank you,
Serena
