.8 ml Amoxicillin

I was surprised at how much medicine my cat with a urinary tract infection is supposed to get. It's .8 ml, and attached is the picture. I just gave her some after I called and talked with a vet tech. That's almost the whole dropperful. She said this was right. So I filled up the dropper to the .8 mark. I hope this is right. Usually, the vet's office marks it for me, but they didn't this time.

Yes. 0.8 ml is almost a whole 1 ml syringeful. You measure to the bold dark line that is marked as 0.8 ml.

I am sure it is the correct dose; you have a syringe that is based on doses that are less than 1ml. Curious what the antibiotic is - BUT I have been advised from another member that you already stated that. So, never mind. Nonetheless, you'd be amazed at how much the volume looks to be when using a 1ml syringe!! It really is a very small amount but looks like so much!! Two, maybe 3, separate squirts into the side of your cat's mouth (against the cheek) should work.
