Hey everyone, Thanks again for all of the input! Petra is now 9 days post-op and greater than ever! She has a small bump at the incision site but the vet checked it and said it was just a build up of scar tissue since she is an active kitty. The rash went away the day after I noticed it, but I did find a few fleas on her...again 
We applied some revolution and everything is much better! Petra is happy and healthy!
