So Jack, who's had a few health issues, lost an ounce since yesterday. Some background....When she was a week and a half old, she had diarrhea. Vet gave probiotics, problem fixed. A week after that, we thought she aspirated some milk. Vet took a listen, lungs were clear, but gave us some Clavamox "just in case". Last week we took her back to the vet for the follow up. Lungs were clear, even though she sneezes and sometimes white stuff comes out of her nose. Vet said it's possible she has FHV, and while you can't cure it, symptoms can be treated. They also went ahead and gave her the first dose of deworming meds.
Then last night she sounded like she was congested/snorting. Gave her a steam treatment in the bathroom, and she seemed to have cleared up enough mucous.
This whole time she's been eating 3/4 of the bottle, peeing in the litterbox, pooping (not in the litterbox yet), playing, and sleeping. She's also been gaining weight, at a rate of around 1/2 oz (14g) per day. Yet after all this, he lost an oz since yesterday. I understand if she pooped it would account for some loss (Leo lost an oz when he pooped a really good one,) but she didn't poop between yesterday and today. Should I worry? Or not unless the weight loss continues?
