You get up every mornin' and the sun never shine
Head to the kitchen to feed them cats in time
Ya scoop sixteen boxes of litter in a row
And all you can think, is "Well, a-bless my soul"

You scoop sixteen boxes and what do you get?
Another day older and deeper in debt
Saint Peter don't call, 'cause ya just can't go
You owe your soul to the PetSmart store

little boxes made of sticky icky
little boxes
in each room
and
little boxes none the same

there's a green one
and a pink one
and a blue one and a yellow one
and they're all made out of icky aaacky
and they all look none the same

44 pounds, thats what they way
Seems I'm carrying a new one everyday!

You'd think I'd get fitter, lifting that litter
But it aint so
The knees grind, shoulders bind
Boys are callin.....gotta go.
