The cat is a spayed female.declawed as a kitten had occasionally limped all it's life.but alwapressented to vets without limp.it was transient.crate rest was ordered . but eventually it would come and go,flash for Ward she be is 14 and limps maybe twice a day for minutes. Acts be happy friendly and extremely cuddling. Also drinks a full cereal bowl of water daily. Should I have foot exrayed? Labwork on kidney and what else? I'm broke but I will get done what I should. Her ears seem sore also.she has never been outside. Looking for what testing ishould as vet to do.thank you, limp was before the declawed, I adopted her that way.

Beyond the fact that she may be in pain, which is worth treating, I wouldn’t worry about the limp that’s been there for years. Fourteen years is a respectable age for a cat and she should have a senior check up, including kidney and thyroid function. If money is short, I would spend it on the labs before doing X-rays of her leg.
