1 Year Old Cat Wont Pee/poop

I just adopted my little princess, Maggie. She is just about to turn one. Since I have a lot of other pets in my home, I decided to keep her cooped up in my room for a few days to get situated and let her get familiar with the other smells. I placed her litter box in my room, food, water, etc. The litter box is right out where she can see it and I have placed her inside of it countless times just to remind her that it is there... she just sniffs arounds and jumps out. It has been over 2 days since I brought her home and she hasn't pooped or peed, but she has been drinking and eating. Help, please!

ACK take her to the vet now! Something could be seriously wrong. Are you sure she isn't peeing somewhere?

If she has not used the litter box in 48 hours then yes, i would try to get her in the vet today. That is too long, and there could be a problem.
