My 7 year old cousin got a hold of my work bag that had my cleaning supplies in it. I head into the office for a few and I notice I smelled my cleaning products throughout the house...I look at Nova and she's WET with pinesol.

I washed her down twice with warm water but I'm just afraid it'll get into her skin...She was also licking herself.

I will keep an eye out for any strange behavior though..

but is there anything I need to do in the mean time?!?!

Give her a bath with Dawn dish detergent. It needs to be the original regular kind, not concetrated or antibacterial. Use lots of the detergent to make a good suds, then rinse, rinse, rinse. When you think you've gotten all the soap out, rinse again. If she still smells like pinesol, you can give her a second bath.

Make sure your cousin understands how dangerous any cleaning products are for cats. You don't have to punish him/her, but don't say "it's okay" either.
