    Wool Sucking

Just from my experience - cats if they suck on something - that does no harm to them. That calms them to some extent. Some experts say that it is a way for them to express that they miss their mother, but I'm not sure. But in any case, it is no harm for your babies.

    Wool Sucking

Please give consideration to what was said before by very experience people. Don't know if it would be of any help - some of my cats would suck on anything I wear. Sometimes it is not about a specific blanket or piece of clothing, but your smell on it. Cats who love you very much - they will...

    Attacked By Outside Cat

What about calling the vet to come to your home? They could come with trained helpers... At some occasions feline people respond to strangers (vets) better then their owners? Mine do if I take them in... Just a gentle suggestion? Meimey could be really hurt? I don't really know your cats...

Lovely video. By the way, the tabby on it looks just like Royal British shorthair

    Snowshoe, Mixed With Anything Else?

Did you know that ANY breed is mixed with something? That is the way breeds are created. You simply can not do anything from one strain, but to mix it with another. I personally (forgive me) believe that Snowshoe can now stand alone as a breed, even if not accepted by certain authorities. But...

Why Do Shops And Vet Surgeries Sell Plastic Containers For Feeding Animals?

This is a very good article, by the way. I see your point. But I'm not judging at all, and yes, with cats I have and saw - I never met one who could be playful enough to knock things around. I would guess that what you said applies more to inside-only cats. Since my cats have access to a large...

Why Do Shops And Vet Surgeries Sell Plastic Containers For Feeding Animals?

That's what I mean. I did not imply that you did anything, I was speaking of my own experience. So, kudos to you, I also love my cats like my children, and since I don't have any human kids - there you are more then ever right.

    Not Using Litterbox

Thanks War&wisdom, you are totally right. I'm not in any way criticizing. Cats are never bad, they just can not be bad due to their nature. Cats always respond to any type of people in any way they can.

Why Do Shops And Vet Surgeries Sell Plastic Containers For Feeding Animals?

war&wisdom, what you said is very innocent. if not punished, cats will not break things. Some of my cats also played with pens when they were younger, even printers. So what? To me if a cat person lives with me - he/she is allowed all there is there cat-like, and therefore they don't have a...

    Not Using Litterbox

Good, so good you have done, war&wisdom. I believe that you know more about cats who are inside-only. What you said makes sense. But if an adopted cat was outside cat previously, - the person has to get used to the inside-only life, hence the toilet issues should be addressed accordingly to...

Why Do Shops And Vet Surgeries Sell Plastic Containers For Feeding Animals?

We use the same plates for cats as we use ourselves. And they don't have any cracks on them. They get washed after each and every meal, ours or theirs. And yes, we also don't use any bowls for cats.

    Meet Lina

Just to give a heads up to moggies - my Janie (on a pic above) is a daughter of totally feral cats, no breed at all. Mother was little silver tabby FSH, and father was also a feral cat, looking like Siamese, FSH, with one blue and one green eye. Serious cat he was. I never knew her parents...

    Egyptian Mau?

Your pics are great, thank you for sharing. Just check under her coat. EMs are normally have markings not only on fur, but they are on a skin too. Seldom for cats though.
