I'm not sure if this changes/confirms anything, but I looked at his individual hairs and noticed bands, does this signify he has agouti? Also I just noticed that you said he might be ticked with an underlying pattern, being classic or mackerel. Does that still apply now or is he just mackerel?

Ohh!! last thing: is there any genetics linked to their eye color? I know most of the time coat color can determine eye color.

Could momma be a longhair black tortie carrying dilute (And would carrying dilute affect the black or would it just be existing without any affect on the color?) If so, what could the father be? I know he must be tabby if mom isnt im sorry for so many questions im kinda just interested in this...

This is completely opinion based but Louis looks like a snowshoe kitty! They could also be a mix, but to me they look like a snowshoe, gorgeous kitty <3
