I'm considering switching from clumping clay litter, I just am so tired of all the billowing dust, to a no or legitimately low dust cat litter, but it MUST clump.
Any recommendations that are NOT a subscription only product that you use or have used?
For those of you who use or used clumping cat litter, will an air purifier help suck up/in the dust while scooping/clearing the box?
If you have used one, that is reasonably priced, that you like would you please provide me with the name/model any info to where i could check it out, please.
If...
If you have tried or are using Fresh Is Best, were you able to figure out the phosphorus per serving %???? I have looked at their posted info and I'll be darned if I can figure it out. It is so confusing and the way they have their info listed makes it even harder, at least for me. Also I...
Hello all:D
I was wondering if any of you use and or know of any freeze dried raw that are safe (phosphorus friendly) specifically for senior cats?
I'm aware of the quite a few FDR brands but most of the ones I've looked at have ground bone, which significantly ups the Phosphorus.
Hi, do any of you happen to know what is considered a safe/low phosphorus % level in canned cat food. I have 3 cats and the girl has and or had struvite crystals and was told to keep her on a lower phosphorus diet, so get what they all are going to get it. I don't know why but why but it is...
Hello, here is a little background. I have 3 cats, 2 are only a little of 2 years old love wet food and I give it to them morning and night and occasionally during the day. My other cat is appx 11 year old has to be in the mood for wet/canned food so unfortunately I still give him dry (but...
Do any of you have or had a good, sturdy, tall cat tower that you like and or would tell people to avoid? I have 3 cats, not small, and I'd like to get them a large tower/condo... I've been researching on Amazon mostly and there are a ton, but not sure if some brands are better then other. I...
affordable, good canned kitten or cat food WITHOUT fish in it?
Can anybody recommend a site, list perhaps a few brands that don't have it.
I know it is ok for them to have fish now and then, but what I can't figure out is if it technically is overall bad for them why do manufactures keep...
I feed my kittens/cats a combo of dry food (which is left out all day) and usually some canned food in the morning and evening.
What I'd love to know is for those of you who feed this way, just how much canned food, approximate ounces, of canned food do you or should I be giving them? I've...
I'm getting ready to have my two 7month old kitty's spayed and neutered. It has been a LONNNNNNG time since I've had kitty's and dealt with this. I don't recall back when I did go through this having been given the option for them to have a catheter/IV fluids.
I know the procedure on the...
My 6.5 month kitten has, what I think are ear mites in one of his ears and have been putting mite drops in his ear for a week now. Dark, chuncky bits have been coming out. His ear looks pink, pinker than normal or his other ear. He isn't scratching at it more then usual...
I have been...
I know to transition dry food if you change brands.... but I've never transitioned canned food.
I read somewhere recently that transitioning is more for dry food not so much for canned. I was just curious what everybody thinks.
Thanks
Looking for the best, most affordable way to buy dry and wet cat food for 3 cats.
I see the ads for Chewy all the time. Is Chewy really worth ordering your food through, do you really get a deal/savings or is it better to just go and buy your food at the store?
I have one 7 year old and 2 6.5 month olds.
I have been feeding my older cat a mix/combo of Purina Cat Chow Naturals and Blue Buffalo
I had been feeding my two kittens Purina Cat Chow Nat. Kitten mixed with the Blue Buffalo kitten to make it similar to what the adult cat was/is eating so that...
If you have used, are using a blue light flash light to detect cat urine accidents what brands (where did you get it) do you use or which ones to avoid?
I know you can't just use any blue light as for cat pee it has to be within a certain rating parameter, don't recall off hand the #'s.
I have two 6.5 month old kittens brother and sister. Both will be fixed on Dec 1st.
My untidy husband had a pair of his underwear on the floor. As he was getting ready for work, our boy stopped, squatted and peed on his underwear. There was a pee spot on both beds in the house several months...
