Zed's mouth is healed up. As a matter of fact for the past few days, his appetite has greatly improved. He may have one less tooth now, but at least his eating habits are normal again.

I doubt it. This strange phenomenon happened about two weeks after his vaccinations. If there is a loss of appetite as a result of vaccinations, it could occur within days, not weeks, and nothing like this happened before during previous vaccinations.

I never tried anything like that before. Perhaps, I would in the future since Zed is eating okay now.

The earliest I could get him in for a cleaning is next Wednesday, so I guess I'd be forcing him to eat for nearly a week. At least he came up in my room with me. I just hope he can hold on until then.

I'm considering scheduling a vet appointment. It hasn't got any better. He drinks water, but I had to make him eat pieces of tuna. He also wants to spend most of his time in the living room. He usually likes coming to my bedroom with me, but he hasn't done that today so far.

I have some of his wet food in a container in the fridge and an unopened can of his old food left. I'll try those suggestions.
