Am I to be concern she's leaping to catch flies like she normally do?
First, really, she should not be jumping.

We can not see your enclosure. We can not see the space she is in.

Her activity does need to be restricted for several days: no jumping; no running around like crazy kittens; no wrestling matches; no 'athletics'.

I'm sure you get the general idea - then, you need to decide the space she will occupy for the net few days. Some people use a large dog cage for restricting activity when the cat can't be supervised (like for times when the human must sleep!)

Usually she's let out of her enclosure twice a day so now she's not allowed to come out for the next few days? She will meow until someone lets her out.

I let her walk out to spoon feed her wet food and scratch her ears just now and she relaxed before I sent her back in.

Since she came back, she has not been running wild.. She's just been exploring and sniffing the area.. Got into hunting position to attack a fly.. Using her carrier to stand upright which I remove immediately.

She rolled on her back and tried to scratch her ears but I helped her. Removed her cat tree from her enclosure. Purrs upon petting and generally behaves normal except for the cone.

Went to her litter asap when she came back.. Felt she was not comfortable at the vet to do her own routine.. Now she's asleep on her pillow..

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful kitten!

Well, she's really relaxed in that picture.

You decide how often to take her out. You're the best one to judge. Remember, the more often she can be inside, the easier your life will be for the next week! And, the more she's in there, the more accustomed to it she will be. Are you able to have some music in there? Look on YouTube for "Music for Cats" and play it at low volume....it's very soothing and relaxing. Any low, soft music will do though - even from a radio.

I think her recovery will go very well.

Oh her enclosure is where she stays in all the time, she doesn't like to be an indoor kitty. Even now when I gave her the option to come in the house, she doesn't like to stay in for long. She was born in the wild and roamed out of the gate until I took her and forbid her from going back to the roads. Her enclosure is her own private room where she gets to see the outside world but still be safe :D

I would like to let her out twice like her normal routine but with the bandage off tomorrow, I worry about her sitting on outside dirt floor etc. Might put a temporary surgical plaster on her while she's out and take it off when she's back in her room.

Will look up the music option and play it for her. She's back to her normal naughty feisty self - just with an annoying cone.

Just leave it.....and take her in tomorrow.

Is she unusually quiet or reclusive?

Is she positioning herself like the cat in these pictures: all hunched up?

Those things would indicate that she is feeling pain.

Oh no. She's mostly belly up sleeping or sleeping on her side. When she sits, it's either upright or sphynx position. Her face is always forward.

That's so scary if she is looking down! She enjoys her face scratches just now when I crawled into her enclosure.

She does seem to use the litter box more often though.. As if she didn't get to use it during her two days

Do you mean she urinating more/more often?

One common pain med, buprenorphine, causes temporary urine retention in many cats.....that resolves within a couple of days. Remember, too, she received fluids prior to, during and post surgery.

An engaging, attentive Sphynx is fine.....a withdrawn meatloaf is a concern.

OK. Will continue to observe her pee pee habit and watch out for meatloaf pose.

*takes a peek*

Belly up sleeping..

Most cats do "meatloaf" at some point or another. It is that hunched, drawn-in meatloaf that is a problem. But since she seems to be sprawling out, belly up, I don't think this will be an issue!

It is a very good decision to spay your cat, her quality of life will be much better and she won't be contributing to the over population of pet animals. I too was nervous when my two cats were neutered, just means that you love them alot!

Her incision looks great to me! No redness or irritation. Send the picture to your vet if you have any concerns.
