Help With Color, Breed, General Description:)

Hi! This is my sweet 5 yr old foster boy, Figaro. I'm 95% sure I'll end up fully adopting him- he's wonderful I am just curious about how to describe him and potentially what breeds may be in his background.
I think he's a medium hair? 3rd pic shows the fluffy tail. He is small-mediumish. When I weighed him at the shelter this morning he was 7.2 lbs. Seems too small to be a Ragdoll?

I would describe him as a seal point and white domestic longhair. What a sweetheart!

Most cats are not any particular breed, and are also not mixtures of breeds. Many years ago, the Siamese breed contributed the colorpoint gene to the domestic cat gene pool, but at this point the colorpoint gene is widespread, and doesn't indicate recent breed ancestry.
