Any Bengal?

Hi new too this site. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if archie has any bengal in him? He's 5 mths now, weighs 14kg and is very playful!!! Has a fascination with water and likes to be up high that be the door, kitchen cupboards etc but must say he absolutely gorgeous!!! Any ideas people??

I don't see Bengal traits in him. He's a Domestic Shorthair (DSH) brown mackerel tabby. The mackerel tabby marking are the stripes in his fur. That is a pattern that does not occur in Bengals. His ears are more pointed than the Bengal standard. The body type might be close to the Bengal, it's hard to tell from the poses in the pictures you posted.

I think he's going to be a big beautiful boy of no specific breed.

You can check the CFA or TICA websites to compare your kitty with the Bengals.

Agree. If he really is already 14 kg (I think you mean pounds)

He has prob some big breed inside him. Maine coon?

May even be a natural son, mco x shorthair momma.

He doesn't look 14 pounds either. Maybe they got metric mixed up and he's 3.5 kg? That's still pretty big for a 5 month old kitten.

I don't see any Bengal. They usually have swirls and rosettes. He's a fine handsome tabby!
