Frozen schnitzel with left over jacket potatoes and coleslaw.
I'm afraid I'm much to lazy to make my own ravioli or pasta of any sort. The kids babysitter, 40 years ago, made her own pasta. She was from Turkey.

I made some salmon patties for supper, along with mashed potatoes and peas and carrots. I have not made that for years. It was really good.

Of course, I had to 'share' some of the salmon, before cooking the patties, with Artie! Found out that he loves salmon. when he finished his plate, he went over to his cat tree and called me! Wanted to thank me! sweet baby.

We ended up going to kfc. I got the chicken strips box meal that comes with popcorn chicken. Aimee ate the popcorn chicken, we shared the fries and salad.

Tinned or fresh salmon?

I made beef tips over mashed potatoes. It's one can of cream of mushroom soup, one package of onion soup mix, one package of brown gravy and a cup of water mixed together then add in the beef and cook in slow cooker. It's really good but quite salty.

Oh, wow, I haven't had salmon patties in a long time. Did you ever made a salmon loaf? With lemon sauce? It's delicious! I used to make that quite a bit.

Not sure about tonight. Rick had a union meeting last night that carried over longer than he thought. And since he had brought me into work yesterday morning, I was here from 6 in the morning until after 5 last night. Which was actually a good thing as I have been pretty swamped at work this week, so I got a lot done. He bowled early, so we heated some frozen vegetable soup....I really miss not having a microwave!

Tonight we are taking his truck into the garage for new tires, so I'm not sure about dinner. We have a Dr. Oetker's mushroom pizza in the freezer and I just may throw that in the oven when we get home. I'm not up for cooking much of anything tonight.

I used canned salmon. That is how my mom made it. It has been years since I had it.

I do have some recipes using fresh salmon, but I think it is too much work to have to cook it first, let it cool down, clean and then make into patties. I am sure the taste would be great...

No, I have never made not tasted a salmon loaf. Sounds delicious!

I used to have salmon steaks a lot. Then, I kind of lost my touch cooking them--oven issues...I usually buy it at a restaurant and have the leftovers at home. Artie goes wild when I eat it...Last time, he was on my lap, trying to eat out of my plate.

This time, I gave him some of the canned salmon, before I made a pattie out of it...It was good, comfort food....still have leftovers...the end will be today...

I'll see if I can find that recipe; it's quite good.

We eat salmon quite a bit. Rick likes to do the steaks on the grill.

And we must share the salmon with the furkids here, too.
Tuna is another food that must be shared. I've gotten to the point where if I use canned tuna, I have to open one extra can, just to share with the cats.

Dinner tonight will be pork chops, probably done on the indoor grill. Not sure what we're having with them yet.

I haven't eaten much since I had to say goodbye to Tiger Tuesday evening :( .. but it will probably be leftover pizza from last night.
