the only place I've seen it. its 1 of 4 kittens which only has it. She gets irritated when I touch it though so it might be inflamed. There's nothing topical I can put on like Monistat if its some sort of fungus?  I have a black light, will that work to see if its fungus?

Does anyone know what it may be and how to treat it? Looks like dried up milk or something, she is still drinking milk from momma cat.
