A totally natural persistent weepy eye remedy.

HAHA! Yes! I actually was cleaning my Siamese's ears out (which weren't as dirty as I thought, only freckled!) with coconut oil yesterday and decided to try a little around her goopy eyes.....and VOILA! They look so much better it's ridiculous! Her eyes tear up......A LOT. For no apparent...

    Best over-the-counter eye drops, wipes...

All a vet will tell you for herpes is to start the cat on Lysine unless the cat is showing hard symptoms. THEN they'll talk about an anti-viral, which again, won't cure the herpes, but will treat it. I accidentally put MY otc allergy eye drops in my cats eyes one morning instead of hers and was...

My cat ate little piece of plastic bag

    a. There was only an inch or so left inside her, so no damage to her intestines from that tiny bit and b. she seems good as new this morning.  she had been a bit odd the past few days, and she probably WAS struggling. We've had some fast changes in the house (son moved back home and has 3 year...

My cat ate little piece of plastic bag

Ok, now you all have me nervous. My Onyx just came into the living room draggin her butt, and I found a small plastic wrapper protruding, so I donned a glove & got it the rest of the way out, but now hope she will be ok. She seems normal at the moment. I guess we will see.

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

The hardest, hardest part is figuring out how to introduce them with just me. In this instance, being single sucks. LOL

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

it'll be more sturdy once it's flat against a wall, but they still enjoy climbing on it. This morning I opened my bedroom door to find that Tom had left his fave Fish toy in front of the door - not sure if he spent the night there or just left it there. He has his really adorable moments...

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

and if I can't handle him to give him worm meds and such, then it's pointless for him to be here, because he won't be cared for properly

If he won't accept me, it's pointless whether he accepts my cats.

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

Yeah. He started off again this morning. I feel like this cat needs more time and attention than I can give him in a multi-cat home. Ignoring my girls is not going to help them accept him, but there are only so many hours in the day and there is only one of me and I'm afraid he's going to end up...

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

oh, and I purposely didn't hover over him too much today, because it seems like the days I have off if I spend TOO much time with/on him he gets this way, so apparently, it doesn't matter how much time I spend with him on my days off - it doesn't bring this on, and that is a bit of a relief!

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

no, it isn't a bad scratch, but he tried it again when I got home from doing errands today. It's like he was giving me heck for not being there, but at the same time happy I was there & not sure which one to go with. He chirped at me and was very vocal as if he were scolding me when I got home...

When Can One Write Reviews Here?

Because I just received my K&H Kitty Sill and I have to say, I'm not impressed at all.....flimsy and nowhere in the description did it say anything about drilling holes in my window jam. Watch out for this one!

Can I return cats to a shelter? Will they be put down if I do?

if you were going to keep any of them, I would suggest the kittens - you'll find they will more easily adjust to your lifestyle and if they grow up with your children, they will likely be best friends. Also, the two kittens will keep each other occupied :) I'm not sure what your hubby was...

Help! Just adopted an adult cat. and he bites!

So I'm thinking today is going very well with Tom, then he flops over on his side next to me and grabs onto my leg with paws & teeth and actually got me with his claws this time - not bad, just slight - Onyx has done worse trying to get away when I pick her up, but I had to really yell to get...
