I was holding my kitten and realized the nose is crusty and there’s some blood to it. I tried wiping and it obviously hurt him so I stopped. It looks like the ends of his nose are crusting off. Does anyone know what this could be or what caused this.

Yes I think that’s what happened. I do agree they should have seen it or checked especially for a first check up of a new animal but I will make it aware to them next time because we were setting up an appointment to get him fixed.
