Is L-lysine + okay to give my cat? She has ulcers in her mouth. My veterinarian said liquid was best because she could swallow it. I ordered some online, but I noticed it contained other ingredients such as Echinacea, shitake mushrooms, Propolis, Gum Benzoine, licorice root, Goldenseal leaf...
