That's the problem. I'm not afraid of breaking the budget and going off ramen for a month or whatever. The problem is that I don't have the budget to even break. Like I said, we both lost our jobs at the same time and are fighting unemployment while she looks for a new job.

I don't understand why they don't die, frankly. I was quite surprised when emptying over a gallon of salt on my floors and furniture didn't work.

I hadn't even considered that maybe the brand of DE was bad. I know it's not the bag because I bought 3 different ones at 3 different occasions trying to take care of this, but could it be that brand just sucks?
