Holy. Freaking. Crap.
It looks like we may have found a solution. Yesterday morning I went to Walmart and spent about $80 on absolutely everything I could afford. I bought Capstar, A spray I will share with you shortly, and a few other products. I believe I hit the jackpot with these products...
Ok, I don't know what else to do. I don't know what else to try.
I've tried everything you have all recommended, except those outside of my budget or capabilities. We even flea bombed the toolshed, waited a full day, then took all of the cats to the toolshed and bombed the house while we sat in...
The bites are ridiculous. My ankles look like I have poison ivy or something. I've tried every recommendation here (other than the foggers and an exterminator, for reasons previously discussed) and they're still here. I even went so far as to spray a concentrated yard flea killer meant for yards...

The lawn is tiny, but putting DE outside may not be a bad idea. I already have a very thick layer of DE on the floor upstairs, and how they're getting...
Thank you all for your many replies. Here is what I have been doing:
1. I hose down the basement. It's a dirt floor basement that has a reverse french drain, so it is just a wide open area with nothing being stored there. I spray it down with a hose and, since the cats do not and cannot get...

We...
