I have got some opinions from other forums.. seems only and best way is to take them in, after they stop nursing (so that mama doesn't get pregnant again), wait until kittens are of age to get spayed/neutered, the return them.. unfo I can't take them in. I'll take 1 step at a time and see...

I have decided I wanted to spay Nadine. I have some questions:
1- when can I do that? when the kittens are what age?
2- If I take the mother to be spayed, will the kittens be ok? I know they won't be nursing by that time, but won't they depend on their mother...
I am offering them strokes but not sure any food can be offered at this age. I am also making sure that I visit them without mama knowing. She is a stray cat and doesn't really trust humans and has only recently started to be comfortable around me.

@Furballsmom I went yesterday to feed her as usual, she changed the place of the kittens! as it was a strong storm, she put them somewhere safer

Yeah I've heard of them, I don't think they'd take "any" kittens/cats otherwise they would have thousands :)
I've been wanting to contact them though for a while
