I took out 3 individually packaged 4 oz chicken breast from the freezer. I made mine into a sandwich with lite mayo, spinach leaves, and a slice of tomato. I cubed and sauteed the other two breasts with broccoli and julienned onion, tossed in Blue Dragon General Tao sauce and poured over white...

Spicy black bean veggie burger, side of sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

I guess I shouldn't have threatened his box..
