I need some advice, I have severe asthma and everytime I clean my cats boxes I have breathing problems. Any type of litter that would be good for both my cats health and my health.

Both of my cats are on Frontline Gold for cats that works good, a fast way to get rid of the ones on the cat now is fast caps it takes 30 minutes to work. It did wonders for my cat. I suggest talking to your vet first

Get a spray bottle (get one at the dollar store) fill it with water, put it on a gentle setting and every time a naughty behavior happens spray them. It worked for my cat

Talk to your local vet clinic, it sounds like an upper respiratory infection. I adopted my youngest cat when he was 2 months old and he had gotten an upper respiratory infection. Almost same symptoms

Sounds like anxiety attack, did you adopt your cat? If so, possible abuse from past owner.
